Planning a Meaningful Farewell

When someone dies, knowing where to begin can feel overwhelming. Our experienced team is here to guide you through every decision and help you arrange a funeral service that reflects the life, values and wishes of the person who has died.

To begin making funeral arrangements, call us on (07) 3821 4570. Our team can answer your questions, explain the available options and arrange a suitable time to meet with you.

Our Chapel

Our modern, 140 seat fully air-conditioned chapel provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for funeral and memorial services.

The chapel can accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger services and can be personalised with photographs, flowers, music, audiovisual tributes and other meaningful elements.

Our funeral directors will work closely with you to create a service that is appropriate for your family, whether it is traditional, contemporary, religious or non-religious.

Private Viewings

Spending time with the person who has died can be an important part of saying goodbye.

Our private viewing facilities provide families with a quiet and comfortable space to spend time together before the funeral service. A viewing may be arranged for immediate family members or for a wider group of relatives and friends.

Our staff will guide you through the available options and ensure the viewing is conducted with dignity, care and privacy.

Everything You Need in One Peaceful Location

Redlands Crematorium and Memorial Gardens has been thoughtfully designed to provide families with a peaceful and private setting in which to gather, remember and say goodbye.

The facilities available at our Redlands location allow each part of the funeral to take place at the one site, reducing the need for family and friends to travel between different venues.

Refreshments in the Woodlands Room

Following the funeral service, family and friends may gather in the Woodlands Room for refreshments.

This comfortable reception space provides an opportunity to share memories, offer support and continue spending time together in a relaxed environment.

A range of catering options can be arranged to suit the size and style of your gathering.

Witnessing the Cremation

With Australia’s development as a multi-cultural society, our understanding of the needs of all the various cultures and creeds is a vital part of our ability to provide meaningful funeral services for all families. Some families choose to accompany the person who has died through the final stage of the funeral.

Our dedicated viewing lounge allows family members to witness the commencement of the cremation in a private and respectful setting. This may provide comfort, reassurance and a greater sense of participation in the farewell.

Witnessing the cremation is entirely optional and can be discussed with your funeral director when making arrangements.
